I've been waiting for you....

My beautiful amaryllis finally opened two day ago. I have been waiting for about year. My brother and his girlfriend bought it for me a year and a half ago. It was in full bloom then, and so amazing.

I have been wanting one for as long as I can remember. They are one of my favorite flowers, second to Dahlias. Spring really has arrived, welcomed by my beautiful flower on it's first day.
