Last night we went to Yamamori to have birthday dinner with my mom-in-law.

Have I ever told you how much I love sushi?

Seriously, I LOVE sushi!! I would happily eat it for every meal.

This lovely roll your looking at is the Vegetarian Catarpillar Roll.

It was, hands down, the best roll of the evening. I really love sushi!!
