d38. Finally, geesh!

Last night I made 18 jars of raspberry jam and had to throw it all out-- the jam, not the jars. I had burned the bottom lightly while cooking the jam and it had that funny taste. Like burnt toast with jam, without the toast. And while setting it, 3 jar's bottoms broke off. It was very strange indeed. I have never had a jamtastrophe before. So after washing the remaining jars, I tried again today. And it worked! I now have 15 jars of delicious white and red raspberry jam cooling on my countertop.
